The 44th Annual General Meeting of the above Company will be held in the Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal on Thursday 15th of August 2024 at 7.00pm. Sharp. All members are invited to attend.

Please find the agenda and nomination form are on the club website donegalmotorclub.com in club events (A G M) section.

To be eligible for election to the committee, a notice in writing, signed by a member duly qualified to attend and vote at the meeting, of their intention to propose such a person for election and also a notice in writing, signed by that person of their willingness to be so elected. All must be member of the company (Club).

These notices must be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company no later than 17.00hrs on Friday 2nd of August 2024.
